A mommy makeover is a very common procedure performed in the field of cosmetic or aesthetic surgery. During pregnancy, women go through a lot of physical as well as emotional changes. There are changes in their faces, bodies as well as their internal sexual organs. While some of them may reverse on their own, others do not. For example, during pregnancy, women put on some weight which leads to fat accumulation on the face and there may be swelling of the face in case of a complicated pregnancy. This can be reversed easily after delivery if the woman tries to lose weight. Some amount of sagging and looseness of skin may persist on the skin. Stretch marks are common on their arms, thighs, breasts, and stomachs after delivery. A mommy makeover is thus aimed to correct these.
