Nowadays, heart diseases are very common in India, and there are a few driving factors that cause the increasing number of heart diseases in India. We can divide these risk factors into two parts: one is modifiable, and the second is non-modifiable. Those non-modifiable driving factors to cause heart diseases are age and gender, which can’t be bypassed, but there are a lot of modifiable risk factors we can take care of to prevent the chances of getting heart disease. The following are a few common modifiable driving factors: Less activity and sedentary lifestyle , Improper or fatty and preserved food diet , Lack of sleep ,Other common diseases like diabetes, high cholesterol level, and hypertension ,Stressful lifestyle.
