A woman is more prone to a twin pregnancy if she is above 35 years. Some genetic heredity also leads to multiple pregnancies. The five twin pregnancy signs that occur in multiple pregnancies are that the woman would feel more tired, have morning sickness or vomiting, will put on weight and the tummy would be more than the gestational age of the pregnancy. There would be more fetal movements after five months and there would be two heartbeats when the doctor scans them. There are some twin pregnancy complications that women may face. The delivery might occur early. The woman might suffer from hypertension during pregnancy. Anemia would increase if there are twins.
