The arrhythmia/ irregular heartbeat diagnosis is done by performing an echocardiogram(ECG). ECG effectively records the electrical activity of the heart of the patient for checking the rhythm of the heart. Holter Monitoring is another arrhythmia/ irregular heartbeat diagnosis procedure that captures a timely recording. The doctor recommended that echocardiography is also used for diagnosing the disease by checking the structural problems in the heart chambers.
