Patients need to follow different tips to test heart health and maintain its effectiveness in future. The most important factor to remember is including daily exercises and this must include cardio exercises. Junk foods must be avoided as much as possible. In addition, quarterly health check-ups such as Echocardiography (ECG), stress echo, lipid profile test, haemoglobin test, liver function test (LFT) and other blood tests should be done. Patients must also opt for healthy super foods that nourish the body and provide nutrients like Omega-3 fatty acids as these also boost heart health.
