An important concern that bothers many pregnant women is what are the symptoms of Placenta Previa. Generally, Placenta Previa is diagnosed through a scan at 22 weeks of pregnancy which is further advised for repetition at 32 weeks to check the position of the placenta. In case a pregnant woman experiences sudden vaginal bleeding, she should immediately report it to the doctor since bleeding is one of the symptoms of placenta previa. Sudden and painless bleeding in pregnancy are two of the most common symptoms of placenta previa. The other placenta previa symptoms are fresh bleeding that is often large in amount.
