Smoking causes different kinds of harm and ill-effects to the human body and it is crucial for everyone to be aware of these effects so that it becomes easier for them to consider quitting smoking. There may be different kinds of causes of smoking in adults and these may include peer pressure, work pressure or the presence of other smokers in the house. Irrespective of the causes of smoking, active measures must be taken to minimize it as much as possible.
