Monsoon is a time when so many diseases like flu, diarrhea, contaminated diseases and infectious diseases occur. So here are some self-care tips to prevent or avoid monsoon-related illness effectively. There are many tips and steps to take to avoid them but sometimes it is not possible to implement all of these. During monsoons, the suggestion is  to avoid any kind of infection. So after coming from outside first get dry neatly along with fresh clothes before entering any room or AC area. Secondly, wash  hands or sanitize them.
